Return & Refund

Products Return

The product return period is valid only for purchases from our website www.balkmall.com for a period of 3 calendaric days from the moment of receiving the product. You can choose to return the product, exchange it for something else, or claim a refund.

In order for your product to be returned it must:

  • Be unused
  • Be scratch-free
  • Have all its tags on
  • Be in the same condition as you received it

If the return of the product is made for reasons that do not depend on the Seller, but on you, such as dislike of the product or other reasons, then the payment for shipping will be reduced by the refund that will be made to you and 20% of the value of product (cost for repackaging & packaging). The buyer is responsible for packaging and posting the product to our address. In case of refund in lek, then they can be withdrawn by coming to our premises or by bank transfer by sending us your account details.

If the product that you receive is broken, damaged, or not the same as the description on our website, please contact us and we will exchange or refund it. Shipping costs will be cover by the Seller.

 Return within 15 Days

1 - The 15 Day Deadline is only valid for purchases made from your user accound in our website www.balkmall.com.

2 - It is not valid for purchases made over the phone, social networks like Facebook and Instagram.

3 - Return within 15 days is only valid for products that may be broken during this period for reasons beyond your control and not for defects caused by misused.

4 - You can request the exchange of the product or credit at the same value which you can use for other purchases. No refund will be made in Lek.

In order for your product to be returned it must:
